Corporate Procurement and Grants Management

Phoenix was engaged by the Department of Environment and Energy to redesign its Procure to Pay platform to support the transition of the Australian Antarctic Division to the Department. This solution also extends to existing Grants Management Platform enabled by the Departments procure to pay solution, which combines Grants Publication, evaluation, selection, Grant Contract formulation functions, milestone management, acquittal to payment processes and approval into a single integrated platform.

The combined solution went live in June 2018 following a 6 month implementation.
